EU and UK shipping

  • We ship our products primarily to the EU and UK.

  • Shipping cost is 7,90 EUR

  • Enjoy Free Delivery on orders over €100

  • We aim to process and ship orders within a specified timeframe of 6-15 business days. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Nikita Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Nikita Luxe pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

International shipping

For all shipping enquiries outside Europe and the UK, please feel free to email info@nikitaluxe.com

For all orders shipping to a destination outside the EU, please note that any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nikitaluxe.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Certain items, such as earrings for hygiene reasons, may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
